The majority of our tenants are residents from Cypress, TX and the surrounding areas. Do you provide 24-hour access?
We choose not to provide 24-hour access for security reasons. Since our access hours run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, tenants can easily get to their units at a convenient time. By closing our gate, we can minimize nighttime activity and provide a secure environment for our valued tenants.
What are your office hours?
Because we understand that the week can be crazy for our tenants, we provide office hours Monday through Saturday. You’re welcome to call or drop by between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. six days a week.
What are your prices?
Our prices vary depending on the unit size you select. We monitor our competitor’s prices and ensure we’re always providing reasonable rates. We also provide regular discounts, so be sure to ask about our current specials when you call!
Do you provide vehicle parking?
We sure do! Our parking spaces are suitable for cars, boats, RVs, and a number of other vehicles. Due to the popularity of our vehicle parking options, we have plans to expand upon our spaces in the future. Please call for current availability.
Where is your storage facility?
We’re located on Lewis Drive in Cypress, Texas. This location provides quick access to Highway 290, Houston National Golf Course, Hot Wells Shooting Range, and Lone Star College – CyFair.
What communities do you serve?
While many of our tenants hail from central Cypress, we also serve customers from Coles Crossing, Riata Ranch, Towne Lakes, Bridgeland, and Stone Gate. If you’re willing to make the drive to our facility, we’re happy to provide the storage you need
